Yealink MeetingBar A50-031 with CTP25 Touch Console

The Yealink A50-031 is a meeting room bundle made up of the MeetingBar A50 video bar and the CTP25 touch console. It is for medium to large rooms that run Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android or Zoom, and the CTP25 gives people a 10.1-inch touchscreen on the table to start and run meetings. The A50 has three 50MP cameras and picks up clear speech from up to 8 m away.

Why buy the A50 as a Bundle with the CTP25

The A50-031 brings the video bar and table controller in one order, and you sign in to Teams or Zoom once for both devices. Meetings run on the bar’s own Android 13 system, so no meeting room PC is needed. The kit does not include a screen, so plan for one or two TVs or monitors connected by HDMI.

Qualcomm 8550 Processor

The MeetingBar A50 is built on a Qualcomm 8550 processor, and Yealink describes it as the first Android video bar to use this chip. All of the camera and audio AI runs inside the bar, with no laptop or room PC attached.

Three 50MP Cameras for Medium and Large Rooms

The A50 has one wide-angle camera (98° horizontal) for people close to the bar and two telephoto cameras (41.6°) for close-ups of people at the far end of the table. Each has a 50MP sensor, and video goes out at 4K 30fps or 1080p 60fps with 8x digital zoom. IntelliFocus shows up to four people in their own frames, and auto framing and speaker tracking keep the shot on whoever is talking.

16 MEMS Microphones with an 8m Pickup Range

The 16-microphone MEMS array picks up clear speech up to 8m from the bar and captures sound out to 10 m. Full-duplex audio, echo cancellation and AI noise suppression are built in, and up to 3 expansion microphones can be added for deeper rooms. Four stereo speakers reach 97 dB SPL at 1 m.

Using the Yealink CTP25 Touch Console

The CTP25 has a 10.1-inch IPS touchscreen and connects to the A50 with the 7.5 m network cable in the box. Guests plug a laptop into its USB-C cable to share their screen at up to 4K, use the room camera and audio for their own meeting app, and charge the laptop at up to 45W.

Privacy, Security and Remote Management

A motorised lens cap covers the cameras when they are not in use, and Video Fence keeps people outside the meeting area out of the shot. Storage is protected by AES-128 or AES-256 encryption. IT can manage the kit in Teams Admin Center and Intune, Zoom Device Management or the Yealink Device Management Platform, and a configuration set up in one room can be exported to the others.

Yealink Teams Room, Zoom or BYOD

The A50 runs Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and Zoom natively, is certified for both, and supports RingCentral. In BYOD mode it works as a USB camera, microphone and speaker for any meeting app on a laptop.
