How To Order Your Products

We would like to make buying our products as easy as possible and have devised 4 easy ways to order and pay for your purchases.

Online Ordering

• Browse to the product(s) you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart". As you add products to the cart, you will see the cart in the top right hand corner of the page update. At any time, you can click the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart to continue the ordering process.
• When you see the shopping cart page, you can fine-tune aspects of your order by adjusting item quantities, removing items from your cart, and selecting delivery options. Your total price breakdown is all calculated live so you can see the total cost before you enter your details to pay.
• Once you are happy, click the "Go to checkout" button and the next page will load where you can enter your details, including billing address, delivery address and finally, payment information. Please note that this page is secured using 256 bit encryption, securing you and your data - you can click the padlock icon in your browser address bar at any time to verify that information exchanged between your computer and our server is encrypted during transit.

Telephone Ordering

Simply call 0161 737 9898 to place your order. We accept all major credit & debit cards.

Order via E-mail

Just send an e-mail to info@pmctelecom.co.uk with your name, telephone number, product code and name of product you are interested in purchasing and we will contact you by return. Alternatively, you may fill out the on-line e-mail form and we will get right back to you.

Purchase Order

For Businesses, government bodies, schools, councils etc, you can e-mail an official purchase order and we'll process your order promptly.

Credit Accounts are also available.

Delivery Times

Your order will be delivered within 1–2 working days, subject to stock availability.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually despatched same day and on a next day delivery service, so goods are usually delivered next day.

However, as a company we guarantee within two working days. Working Days are Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays)

Delivery Charge

A standard delivery fee of £5.95 Ex VAT is applicable for orders placed within mainland UK. Please contact us on 0161 737 9898 for details of delivery outside mainland UK. Charges apply to the order, not the number of products ordered i.e. if multiple products are purchased the charge remains the same.
