Yealink MeetingBar A10-020 with CTP18 Touch Console

The Yealink A10-020 is a Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms certified meeting room kit made up of the MeetingBar A10 video bar and the Yealink CTP18 touch console. The bar has a 4K camera with a 120° diagonal view, eight MEMS microphones and a 5 W speaker, and runs the meeting software on its own Android 11 system. The CTP18 sits on the table, so anyone in the room can join and control a call.

The kit pairs two Yealink devices. The MeetingBar A10 mounts above the display and handles video, audio and the meeting software. The CTP18 touch console sits on the table and gives the room one set of controls for every meeting.

8 Inch Multi-Touch Screen

The CTP18 has an 8-inch IPS touch screen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 and 10-point multi-touch, running Android 10.

Meeting Control from the Table

Users start or join a meeting from the home screen with one tap. During the call, the console is used to preview and adjust the camera, change the participant layout, record, mute, adjust the volume and hang up. Paired devices can also be configured from the console.

Connection and Power

The CTP18 links to the A10 by Ethernet cable or over Wi-Fi, so no data cable has to run from the display to the table. It is powered by PoE (IEEE 802.3af), and a PoE adapter with 7.5 m and 3 m Ethernet cables is supplied.

Adjustable Stand and Wall Mounting

The built-in stand tilts the screen between 28° and 50°, and a bracket is included for fixing the console to a wall.

Wide Angle 4K Camera with Privacy Shutter

The camera uses a 4K sensor and transmits video at 1080p or 720p at 30 fps. A 120° diagonal view covers the seats nearest the screen, and 4x electronic zoom handles close-ups. An electric shutter blocks the lens when the camera is not in use.

Beamforming Microphones and Full Duplex Audio

Eight MEMS microphones find the direction of each voice and concentrate pick-up there, while AI noise cancellation removes much of the sound of keyboards and footsteps. Echo cancellation allows full-duplex calls, and the 5 W speaker reaches 93 dB SPL at 3 W.

Wired and Wireless Sharing

A laptop plugged into the USB-C port can share its screen to the room display, and the optional Yealink WPP30 Wireless Presentation Pod adds cable-free sharing. A whiteboard function is available during calls.

Managing Yealink Teams Room Kits

IT staff can check status, change settings, push firmware and run diagnostics remotely through Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Zoom Device Management or Yealink Management Cloud Service.

Auto Framing, Speaker Racking and Smart Gallery

The bar detects how many people are present and where they sit, then frames the group to suit. When someone speaks, speaker tracking moves the shot to them. Zoom Rooms users also have Smart Gallery.
