- Send your faulty goods to us where our technicians will evaluate the extent of the damage and quote you for the repair work necessary.
- If you're not happy with the quote, we'll send back your goods free of charge.
- If you're happy with the quote, we'll repair the goods and send them back to you within 5-7 working days.
Our trained repair technicians are able to give you a free estimate on all repair work, ensuring that you know exactly how much it will cost before the repair, and in addition to fixing your headsets to the highest standards, we will also replace any headset consumables (ear cushions, voice tubes, windshields...) free of charge with any repair.
Approximate Repair Costs
The cost of a headset repair is usually between £15 and £20 per headset.*
Specialist items such as amplifiers it will usually cost around £40*.
Conference unit repairs start from £20*.
System handset repairs start from £20*.
*Actual repair costs would need to be quoted based on a free estimate from our repair technicians.
Repair time
Here at PMC Telecom, we can repair your product within five to seven working days, once your goods have been repaired we will safely package them up and send them back to you with a twelve-month warranty.
In the unlikely event that your goods do fail, we will fix the goods free of charge under the twelve-month warranty.

Under the EU WEEE Directive, companies are now legally obliged to safely offer to dispose of electronic equipment free of charge. PMC Telecom can do one better than that. If you have any of the following we will offer to buy back in almost any condition.
