Delivery

For UK orders, your goods will arrive within 1-2 working days (Excluding Bank Holidays), subject to stock availability.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually despatched same day and on a next day delivery service, so goods are usually delivered next day.

• Our Standard UK Delivery Fee is: £5.95 Ex VAT
• Next Working Day - Pre 12:30: £15.00 Ex VAT - (Orders must be placed before 3pm)
• Next Working Day - Pre 10:30: £18.00 Ex VAT - (Orders must be placed before 3pm) 

• Next Working Day Shipment - However, please allow extra delivery time for shipping delays, inclement weather etc: £18.00 Ex VAT

Charges apply to the order, NOT the number of products ordered i.e. if multiple products are purchased the charge remains the same.

DHL, DPD, Royal Mail Special Delivery, UPS, and Fedex are our main parcel couriers.

If a mobile number and email address are added to the order, these will be passed on to the courier to keep you updated on the progress of your shipment.

All parcels require a signature before the courier will release the goods.

If there is no one to sign for the goods the courier will typically leave a delivery card and attempt delivery the folowing day - it is often possible to contact the courier (via traking emails and texts they will send) to arrange for parcels to be left in a safe location.
