Delivery

Delivery Times:

For UK orders, your goods will arrive within 1-2 working days (Excluding Bank Holidays), subject to stock availability.

Orders placed before 3pm are usually despatched same day and on a next day delivery service, so goods are usually delivered next day.

However, as a company we guarantee within two working days. Working Days are Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery Charges:

United Kingdom Mainland & Lowlands

• Our Standard UK Delivery Fee is: £5.95 Ex VAT
• Next Working Day Pre 12:30: £15.00 Ex VAT (Orders must be placed before 3pm)
• Next Working Day Pre 10:30: £18.00 Ex VAT (Orders must be placed before 3pm) 

United Kingdom Islands & Highlands, Including Isle of Man & Northern Ireland

• Next Working Day Shipment - However, please allow extra delivery time for shipping delays, inclement weather etc: £18.00 Ex VAT 

Rest of the World (Delivery Times May Vary)

• Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to find your shipping costs.

Charges apply to the order, NOT the number of products ordered i.e. if multiple products are purchased the charge remains the same.

DPD, Royal Mail Special Delivery and ANC are our main parcel couriers, they will deliver up to 5.30pm on delivery day.

If a mobile number and email address are added to the order, these will be passed on to the courier to keep you updated on the progress of your shipment.
All parcels require a signature before the courier will release the goods. If there is no one to sign for the goods the courier will leave a delivery card, in which you can then arrange a convenient delivery time.
