The Yealink MeetingBar A25-010 is an all-in-one Android video bar for focus and huddle rooms, supplied with the Yealink VCR11 remote control. What the Triple-Camera System Shows Remote Participants

The A25 has three 4K cameras, each with an 8MP sensor. The ultra-wide camera has a 151° horizontal field of view, wide enough to show everyone seated close to the bar in a small room. The two tele cameras have an 84.4° horizontal view and give sharper close-up shots. Video output reaches 4K at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps.

IntelliFocus shows up to two people in close-up portrait views. Auto Framing keeps the group in shot, and Speaker Tracking moves to whoever is talking. Smart Gallery is available on Zoom Rooms only.

AI Framing that Keeps the Focus on Whoever is Speaking

IntelliFocus runs on the A25 itself and shows live close-up shots of up to two of the most recent speakers. Remote participants see the face of the person talking, and people in the room can make their points as they would across a table.

Video Fence sets the edges of the meeting space. Yealink says people outside that boundary are neither shown nor heard in the call, so someone walking past a glass wall or talking outside the room does not distract the meeting.

How the A25 Picks up Voices in a Small Room

Eight MEMS microphones pick up voices up to 5 metres away, with the best pickup quality within 3.5 metres. AI noise suppression cuts background noise, and acoustic echo cancellation and automatic gain control are built in.

Full-duplex audio works up to 3 metres from the bar, so people at both ends of the call can talk at once. The 10W speaker reaches 90dB SPL at 1 metre, with a frequency response of 100Hz to 16kHz. The A25 does not support expansion microphones, so everyone in the room needs to sit within its 5-metre pickup range.

Android 13 and Microsoft MDEP Security

The A25 runs Android 13 and is built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP). Yealink says MDEP gives the bar a more secure environment and simpler deployment, and that the A25 will keep receiving software upgrades.

Data on the bar is protected by full disk encryption with AES-128 or AES-256. Device attestation protects the bar's identity, and Arm TrustZone protects its encryption keys.

Running Teams, Zoom or BYOD Meetings

In Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms mode the meeting app runs on the bar itself. RingCentral is also supported, and General Mode adds H.323 and SIP calling for standards-based video systems.

In BYOD mode a laptop connects by USB-C and uses the A25 as its camera, microphones and speaker in meeting apps on the laptop. This suits visitors and staff joining a meeting on a platform the room is not set up for.

Sharing Content and Connecting to the Room

The USB 3.0 Type-C port accepts video input up to 4K at 30fps for presenting from a laptop. Teams shares content at 1080p 30fps in a meeting and 4K 30fps when sharing locally in the room, and Zoom shares at up to 1080p 30fps.

The bar connects to the room display by HDMI at up to 4K 30fps, with HDMI CEC support. For the network it has Gigabit Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with 2x2 MIMO, plus Bluetooth 5.1. It needs 10Mbps or more of bandwidth.

Remote Management for IT Teams

IT teams can manage the A25 from Microsoft Teams Admin Center or Intune, from Zoom Device Management, or through the Yealink Device Management Platform and Yealink Management Cloud Service. Each bar also has its own HTTPS web portal.

Firmware upgrades and configuration changes can be made remotely, and system logs can be exported for troubleshooting. A configuration can be exported from one room and imported into the next, and new bars can be set up by auto-provisioning.
