Do I need a PC to use the MeetingBar A25?

No. The A25 runs Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms on its own Android 13 system. A laptop is only needed for BYOD meetings, where it connects by USB-C and uses the bar as its camera and audio.
