Combining flexible deployment with a 3.5-inch colour display, contextual programmable keys, wideband audio and hands-free calling, the ALE-30h provides an intuitive communications solution for a wide range of professional workplaces.

Part of the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Essential DeskPhones range, the ALE-30h provides businesses with the flexibility to support existing digital telephone infrastructure while offering a route towards IP communications. USB-A and USB-C connectivity, wired headset support and compatibility with optional expansion accessories provide additional flexibility for different users and working environments.

Hybrid Digital & IP Connectivity

The ALE-30h has been designed to provide greater flexibility for businesses using compatible Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise communications infrastructure.

Its hybrid Digital/IP connectivity allows the telephone to be deployed within compatible digital or IP environments, making it particularly useful for organisations maintaining existing digital systems or planning a transition towards IP communications.

When operating in IP mode, the phone supports network-based features including Power over Ethernet (PoE), while compatible digital deployments can provide power over the digital telephone line.

3.5-Inch Colour Display

A 3.5-inch colour display with 320 x 240 pixel resolution provides a clear interface for viewing call information, menus and telephone functions.

The ALE-30h also features 2 x 5 contextual programmable keys with LEDs, providing convenient access to frequently used functions. Four-way navigation makes moving through telephone menus and settings straightforward.

Clear Wideband Business Audio

Designed for professional business conversations, the ALE-30h provides wideband audio when operating in IP mode, helping deliver clear and natural speech.

A full-duplex hands-free speakerphone gives users the flexibility to handle conversations without lifting the handset, while echo suppression helps maintain clear two-way communication.

The phone is also Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC) and supports compatible wired headsets for users who prefer hands-free call handling.

Flexible Headset & USB Connectivity

The ALE-30h includes USB-A and USB-C connectivity, allowing compatible accessories to be connected according to workplace requirements.

A dedicated RJ9 headset connection provides support for compatible wired telephone headsets, making the ALE-30h suitable for users who regularly handle longer or more frequent calls.

Expandable for Busy Users

For users requiring access to additional telephone functions, the ALE-30h can be expanded using compatible ALE EM200 Smart Expansion Modules.

An optional ALE-10 alphabetic keyboard can also be connected, providing additional flexibility for users who regularly search directories or access communication functions.

Wall mounting is supported with the appropriate optional wall mounting kit.

Flexible Power Options

When deployed as an IP telephone, the ALE-30h supports Power over Ethernet (PoE Class 1), allowing compatible network infrastructure to provide both network connectivity and telephone power.

In compatible digital deployments, the telephone can receive Power over Digital Line (PoDL). An optional compatible USB-C local power adapter can also be used where required.
