The Yealink SIP-T52S IP phone is available at PMC Telecom in new or refurbished, so you can match the condition to your budget and the warranty you need. It is a desk phone for busy office users, with a 2.8-inch colour screen and 8 line keys that show the status of colleagues' extensions.

What the Yealink T52S Gives Your Team

• Line status on screen -  each of the 8 line keys has a red or green LED, and the 2.8-inch backlit screen shows names next to each key
• Up to 21 key functions - the line keys work across 3 pages, so you can set BLF, speed dials or call park on up to 21 keys. Labels appear on the screen, so there are no paper strips to print
• One cable per desk - two Gigabit Ethernet ports let the PC plug into the network through the phone
• No power adapter on PoE networks - the phone runs from an IEEE 802.3af (Class 3) PoE switch
• Headset choice - the phone has built-in Bluetooth, a USB 2.0 port for USB headsets, and an RJ9 port for wired headsets
• Call recording at the desk - plug a USB flash drive into the phone to record calls
• Wideband audio -  Opus and G.722 codecs, a hearing aid compatible handset, and a full-duplex speakerphone with echo cancellation

Phone systems

The T52S works with SIP-based phone systems and hosted VoIP services. Yealink lists it as compatible with BroadSoft, 3CX and Asterisk.3

Headsets

For headsets, you can connect a wired headset to the RJ9 port, a wired USB headset to the USB 2.0 port, or a Bluetooth headset via Bluetooth.
