The Fanvil LINKVIL CA200 is a wireless presentation kit for meeting rooms where people present from their own laptops. A CP20 pod plugs into the laptop’s USB-C port and an RC10 receiver connects to the room display by HDMI. One press of the pod’s button shares the laptop screen at up to 4K UHD (30 fps), and there is no software or driver to install.

Why Choose the CA200 Wireless Presentation System

The CA200 removes the cable swapping and software installs that slow down the start of a meeting. Each presenter has a pod with buttons for sharing, freezing the screen and volume. The receiver sits behind or beside the display. Pod and receiver connect over 5 GHz Wi-Fi with WPA3-PSK encryption, at a range of up to 10 m.

  • Meetings Start on Time - Presenters plug in the CP20 and press one button. The screen appears on the display at up to 4K UHD, 30 fps
  • Guests can Present Straight Away - No software or drivers are needed, so visitors share from their own laptops without IT getting involved
  • Mirror or Extend - The laptop screen can be mirrored, or the room display used as an extended desktop with speaker notes kept on the laptop
  • Nothing Private Reaches the Screen - The Freeze button holds the current slide on the display while the presenter works on the laptop. A second press resumes sharing
  • Volume at the Presenter’s Fingertips - The +/- buttons on the CP20 change the connected laptop’s system volume, so nobody has to reach for the laptop or the display remote
  • Smooth Handovers between Presenters - One RC10 works with up to four CP20 pods in total. One source is on screen at a time, and the next presenter takes over by pressing their share button
  • Video Calls through your Existing Room Equipment - A UVC camera, microphone or speakerphone you already own can plug into the RC10’s USB-A port, and the presenting laptop uses it wirelessly. Cameras and audio devices are sold separately
  • Tidy Installation - The RC10 measures 102mm x 45mm x 20mm. It attaches magnetically or sits on its universal stand

The CP20 Screen Sharing Pod

The CP20 is the part each presenter uses. It has an integrated 85 mm USB-C cable that plugs straight into the laptop. The laptop powers it, so the pod needs no charging and has no separate power lead.

There are three controls on top of the pod. The screen-sharing button starts and stops sharing. The Freeze button pauses and resumes the image on the display. The volume +/- buttons change the laptop’s system volume. A light on the share button turns solid green when the pod is connected and ready.

The RC10 Receiver Hub

The RC10 connects to the meeting room display by HDMI and receives the picture from the CP20 pods. It is powered by the 5 V / 2 A adapter in the box. A USB-A port takes your own camera, microphone or speakerphone.

The receiver attaches magnetically to the back of a screen or sits on its universal stand on a shelf or table. Its on-screen interface can be switched between 12 languages.

4K Screen Sharing in Mirror and Extended Desktop Modes

The CA200 shares at up to 4K UHD at 30 fps. That resolution is sharp enough for spreadsheets, drawings and detailed slides on a large meeting room display.

There are two sharing modes. Mirror mode shows exactly what is on the laptop. Extended desktop mode treats the room display as a second screen, so the presenter can show slides there and keep speaker notes or other windows on the laptop.

Freeze Mode and Volume Control

Freeze Mode holds the current image on the room display while the presenter keeps working on the laptop. A presenter can look up a figure, answer a message or open the next file, and the room sees none of it. Pressing the Freeze button again returns the display to the live laptop screen.

The volume buttons on the CP20 control the laptop’s own system volume. When a video or call audio plays from the laptop, the presenter adjusts it from the pod on the table.

Wireless Connection and Security

The CP20 and RC10 connect over Wi-Fi 5 / Wi-Fi 6 on the 5 GHz band, at a range of up to 10 m. The link uses WPA3-PSK encryption. Maximum transmit power in the EU is 20 dBm, and channel availability depends on the country or region.

The kit creates its own connection between pod and receiver, so presenters don’t join the office Wi-Fi to share their screen.

Using Your Exisiting Camera, Microphone or Speakerphone

The RC10’s USB-A 2.0 port takes a UVC camera, a USB microphone or a USB speakerphone. Once one is connected, the presenting laptop has wireless access to it. The room’s camera and audio can then be used for a video call from the presenter’s laptop, without a USB cable running across the table.

Cameras, microphones and speakerphones are not included with the CA200 and are sold separately.

Share from up to Four Laptops in One Meeting

The CA200 lets a meeting move from one presenter to the next without anyone touching a cable. The kit comes with one CP20 pod, and up to three more can be paired with the same RC10 receiver, giving four in total. Each presenter keeps a pod plugged into their own laptop. When it’s their turn, they press the share button and their screen replaces the one on the display. Only one source shows at a time, so the room always knows whose screen it is looking at. Extra pods pair using the pairing adapter supplied in the box, or with the optional H2C.

Customer Questions
Do presenters need to install an app or driver?

No. The CA200 needs no software or driver. Plug the CP20 into a compatible USB-C port and press the share button.

How do I know if my laptop will work with the CA200?

Your laptop will work if its USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery, and Thunderbolt ports qualify. If the CP20’s share button turns yellow, the port isn’t sending a display signal.

Can more than one person present in the same meeting?

Yes, up to four people can each have a CP20 pod paired to one RC10 receiver. The kit includes one pod, and three more are sold separately. One laptop is on screen at a time, and pressing a pod’s share button switches to it.

Can we use our own camera and speakerphone for video calls?

Yes, if you already have them. Connect your own UVC camera, microphone or speakerphone to the RC10’s USB-A port and the presenting laptop has wireless access to it. Cameras and audio devices are not included in the kit.

Is the CA200 a wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver?

It does the same job for a laptop. The CP20 sends the laptop screen over 5 GHz Wi-Fi to the RC10, which outputs HDMI to the display from up to 10 m away. The CP20 also has buttons for sharing, freezing and volume, and it takes its input from USB-C.
