The EPOS IMPACT 500 MS UC ANC is a professional stereo wireless Bluetooth headset designed for clear communication, improved concentration and lasting comfort throughout demanding working days. Combining EPOS AI™-based noise reduction, Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and EPOS BrainAdapt™ technology, it helps users communicate confidently while reducing distracting background noise in open offices, hybrid workplaces and home-working environments.

Featuring Bluetooth® 5.3, support for two simultaneous Bluetooth connections and up to 36 hours of talk time, the IMPACT 500 provides the flexibility required for modern professional communications. Microsoft Teams and Zoom Workplace certification, TalkThrough mode and intuitive boom-arm controls further simplify everyday calls and online meetings.

Clear Professional Calls with EPOS AI™

The IMPACT 500 combines EPOS AI™-based environmental noise reduction with an advanced six-microphone system to help deliver clear, natural conversations.

Three microphones are dedicated to voice pickup, with adaptive beamforming and Digital MEMS microphone technology helping distinguish the user's speech from unwanted surrounding noise. This makes the headset particularly well suited to busy offices and shared working environments where background conversations and general workplace activity can interfere with calls.

Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The EPOS IMPACT 500 features Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), designed to reduce distracting background noise and create a more focused listening environment for calls, meetings and concentrated work. Ideal for open-plan offices, hybrid workplaces and other busy environments, Hybrid ANC helps users stay focused when surrounding noise could otherwise become a distraction. TalkThrough mode also makes it easy to have brief conversations with colleagues and hear your surroundings without needing to remove the headset.

EPOS BrainAdapt™ Technology

The IMPACT 500 incorporates EPOS BrainAdapt™ technology, designed to reduce the listening effort caused by poor audio and background noise. By reducing the cognitive load associated with challenging listening environments, BrainAdapt™ helps support improved speech recognition, concentration and memory recall, allowing professionals to stay focused and productive throughout communication-intensive working days.

Bluetooth® 5.3 Multi-Device Connectivity

Bluetooth® 5.3 provides convenient wireless connectivity with compatible computers and mobile devices. The IMPACT 500 can pair with up to eight Bluetooth devices and maintain two simultaneous Bluetooth connections, making it easy to work between a computer and smartphone.

Microsoft Swift Pair also supports quicker Bluetooth pairing with compatible Windows devices.

A USB-C to USB-A cable adapter is included, allowing the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable to connect to compatible USB-A ports.

Please Note - The supplied USB-C to USB-A adapter is a cable adapter. The separate EPOS BTD 900c Bluetooth USB dongle is not included with this product.

Up to 36 Hours Talk Time

Designed to support extended working days, the IMPACT 500 features a 680mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery providing up to 36 hours of talk time with ANC switched off and the busylight active.

Music playback extends to up to 89 hours with ANC off or 51 hours with ANC enabled, while a full wired charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

When additional power is needed quickly, a 10-minute fast charge provides up to 5 hours of use.

Designed for Professional Communications

The EPOS IMPACT 500 is certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom Workplace and is compatible with softphones supporting the standard Bluetooth HFP protocol.

A flexible 270° microphone boom allows left or right-sided wearing and provides intuitive call management. Lift the boom to mute or move it down to answer calls, while a dedicated mute LED provides clear visual confirmation of microphone status.

An integrated single-sided busylight indicates when the wearer is engaged in a call, helping reduce interruptions in shared working environments.

Lightweight & Comfortable Design

Weighing just 139g, the IMPACT 500 combines a lightweight stereo design with breathable leatherette ear cushions and a soft padded headband for comfortable professional use.

The on-ear design, flexible microphone boom and intuitive headset controls make it well suited to professionals who regularly spend extended periods on calls, virtual meetings and focused individual work.
