Unlike the dongle-free variant, this variant includes the EPOS BTD 900c Bluetooth USB-C dongle together with a BTD USB-C to USB-A adapter, providing flexible connectivity with compatible computers equipped with either USB-C or USB-A ports.

The IMPACT 500 uses a sophisticated six digital MEMS microphone system alongside adaptive beamforming and EPOS AI™-based environmental noise reduction. This is the key connectivity difference between 1001490 and 1001375: the 1001490 provides the BTD 900c dongle and its USB-A adapter as part of the package.
