The Yealink MeetingBar A10 is an all-in-one Android video bar for home offices, huddle rooms and small meeting rooms, certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. It runs Android 11 on the bar itself and has a 4K camera with a 120° diagonal field of view, eight MEMS microphones and a 5W speaker in one 380mm wide unit. Connect power and an HDMI cable to the room display and the A10 is ready to host meetings.

About the Yealink MeetingBar A10

The MeetingBar A10 is a complete video conferencing system in a single bar. The camera, eight-microphone array, speaker, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and the Android 11 system that runs the meeting software are all inside one 380 mm wide unit. It sits on an adjustable clamp on top of the room display. The mounting bracket and accessories are in the box, along with a Yealink VCR11 remote control for running meetings.

The bar runs Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms natively, and in BYOD (bring your own device) mode a laptop can use its camera, microphones and speaker for meetings on other apps. With power and an HDMI cable to the screen connected, the room is ready, and staff can join scheduled meetings with one tap from the calendar.

On the back of the bar are an HDMI output with CEC support, a USB-C port for content sharing, a USB-A port, a gigabit Ethernet port, a Yealink VCH port, a security lock slot and a reset slot.

4K Camera with a 120° Field of View

The A10 has a 4K camera sensor and sends video at 1080p or 720p at 30 frames per second. Its 120° diagonal and 105° horizontal field of view takes in people sitting close to the screen, which is where they sit in a huddle room. A 4x electronic pan, tilt and zoom adjusts the shot without the camera moving.

AI Auto Framing and Speaker Tracking

Auto framing counts the people in the room and adjusts the shot to fit the group, so nobody needs to touch the camera when people arrive or leave. Speaker tracking zooms in on the person talking. In Zoom Rooms, Smart Gallery is also available.

Electric Privacy Shutter

An electric shutter closes over the lens when the camera is not in use, so the camera is physically covered between calls.

Eight Microphone Array with AI Noise Cancellation

Eight MEMS microphones form a beamforming array that locates the person speaking and focuses pick-up on them. Yealink's AI noise cancellation reduces sounds such as typing, footsteps and mouse clicks. Acoustic echo cancellation and dereverberation stop the far end hearing their own voice or the echo of a hard-walled room, and calls run in full duplex so both ends can talk at once.

Built-in 5W Speaker

The integrated speaker reaches 88 dB SPL at 1 W and 93 dB SPL at 3 W, measured at 0.5 m. Yealink designed it for home offices, huddle rooms and small rooms.

Content Sharing and Whiteboard

Presenters can share a laptop screen through the USB-C port, or wirelessly with the optional Yealink WPP30 Wireless Presentation Pod. The whiteboard function lets the room sketch ideas during a call. The Teams edition supports proximity join, and the Zoom edition supports direct sharing.

Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

Dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 4.2 are built in. The bar can join the network without a cable, which helps in rooms where there is no data point near the display.

VCR11 Remote Control Included

Meeting controls cover adding participants, hold and resume, camera on and off, mute, volume and hang up. These can be run from the Yealink VCR11 remote control supplied with this model. Rooms that want a touchscreen can add the optional Yealink CTP18 touch console.

Managing Yealink Teams Room Devices Remotely

IT teams can manage the A10 through the Yealink HTTPS web portal, Yealink Device Management Platform, Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS), Microsoft Teams Admin Centre or Zoom Device Management. Each platform supports remote monitoring, configuration, firmware updates and diagnostics.

Network Security

The bar supports IEEE 802.1X authentication, VLAN, LLDP and QoS tagging (802.1p/q and DiffServ). Traffic is protected with TLS 1.2/1.3 and AES 256-bit encryption, and the bar has a built-in certificate.
