The TP-Link Archer BE700 BE15000 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router is a powerful next-generation wireless router designed to deliver exceptionally fast and responsive connectivity for demanding homes, home offices and high-bandwidth network environments.

Powered by the latest Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) technology, the Archer BE700 delivers combined tri-band wireless speeds of up to 15 Gbps, comprising up to 11,528 Mbps across the 6 GHz band, 2,882 Mbps across 5 GHz and 688 Mbps across 2.4 GHz. This substantial wireless capacity makes it ideal for bandwidth-intensive applications including 4K and 8K streaming, online gaming, VR and AR applications, video conferencing, large file transfers and homes with numerous connected devices.

Advanced Wi-Fi 7 technologies including Multi-Link Operation (MLO), 320 MHz channel bandwidth, 4K-QAM and Multi-RUs improve network speed, efficiency and responsiveness. MLO allows compatible Wi-Fi 7 devices to communicate across multiple wireless bands simultaneously, helping increase throughput, reduce latency and maintain a more reliable wireless connection.

For high-speed wired networking, the Archer BE700 features a 10 Gbps WAN port, 2.5 Gbps LAN port and three Gigabit LAN ports, providing excellent flexibility for multi-gigabit broadband, computers, network storage, switches and other wired network equipment. A USB 3.0 port is also included for connecting compatible external storage devices and sharing files across the network.

Next-Generation BE15000 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 7

Take advantage of the latest generation of wireless networking with Wi-Fi 7. Operating simultaneously across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz frequency bands, the Archer BE700 provides a combined theoretical wireless capacity of approximately 15 Gbps.

The dedicated 6 GHz band provides up to 11,528 Mbps, giving compatible devices access to substantial wireless bandwidth with less congestion than traditional Wi-Fi bands. Combined with the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz networks, this makes the router particularly suitable for busy connected environments where streaming devices, computers, smartphones, smart TVs, games consoles and smart home equipment may all be operating simultaneously.

Multi-Link Operation for Faster, Lower-Latency Wi-Fi

One of the key advances provided by Wi-Fi 7 is Multi-Link Operation (MLO).

Instead of relying on a single wireless band, compatible Wi-Fi 7 devices can communicate across multiple bands simultaneously. This can increase throughput while helping reduce latency and improve connection reliability.

The Archer BE700 isn't limited to high-speed wireless performance. Its multi-gigabit Ethernet connectivity enables it to take advantage of increasingly fast fibre broadband and wired networking equipment.

The addition of the 6 GHz wireless band provides compatible Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 equipment with access to additional spectrum.

Wi-Fi 7 takes this further with support for up to 320 MHz channels on the 6 GHz band and 4K-QAM, allowing compatible devices to make use of substantially higher wireless data rates.

This makes the Archer BE700 particularly suited to demanding applications including high-resolution streaming, large downloads, cloud services, gaming and transferring large amounts of data between network devices.

Extended Wi-Fi Coverage with 6 Internal Antennas

Six optimally positioned high-performance internal antennas combine with Beamforming technology and TP-Link Wi-Fi optimisation to provide strong wireless coverage throughout the home or office.

Beamforming directs wireless signals towards connected devices rather than broadcasting the signal uniformly in every direction, helping deliver stronger and more reliable connections to compatible equipment.

EasyMesh Whole-Home Wi-Fi

The TP-Link Archer BE700 supports EasyMesh, allowing it to operate with compatible EasyMesh routers and range extenders to create a seamless whole-home wireless network.

Adding compatible EasyMesh equipment can help eliminate Wi-Fi dead zones and extend wireless coverage into areas where the router alone cannot provide an optimal signal. Compatible devices can move between mesh access points while remaining connected to the same network, making this particularly useful for larger properties.

Advanced HomeShield Network Security

TP-Link HomeShield provides network security and management functionality to help protect connected devices and provide greater control over network access.

Available features include network protection, parental controls, Quality of Service and network reporting. The Archer BE700 also supports WPA3 wireless encryption, guest networks and access controls.

VPN Client & Server Support

Integrated VPN functionality gives the Archer BE700 additional flexibility for secure networking.

It supports OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP and WireGuard for both VPN client and VPN server functionality. VPN client support can allow specified devices on the local network to access a remote VPN without requiring VPN software to be installed individually on every connected device.

Simple Management with the TP-Link Tether App

Network configuration and management can be handled through the TP-Link Tether app on compatible Android and iOS devices or through the router's web-based management interface.

WPS provides a straightforward method of connecting compatible wireless devices, while Smart Connect can intelligently assign devices to the most appropriate wireless band to optimise network performance.

Broad Wi-Fi Compatibility

Although designed around Wi-Fi 7, the Archer BE700 remains backwards compatible with previous Wi-Fi standards, allowing existing smartphones, laptops, tablets, smart TVs, games consoles and smart home devices to connect.

The router supports 802.11be/ax on 6 GHz, 802.11be/ax/ac/n/a on 5 GHz and 802.11be/ax/n/g/b on 2.4 GHz.
