Replacing the Ear Cushion on your Headset should be done regularly, not only does changing the Ear Cushion make the Headset more hygienic, it helps to maintain longevity of the Headset by preserving the original sound.

Even if the Ear Cushions look clean, they become compressed with age and this alters the effective Acoustic Space. Its recommended that Ear Cushions are replaced every three months, or replaced if the Headset is passed on to a new employee.
