This dual-button configuration provides greater flexibility, allowing separate contacts for security, customer assistance, maintenance teams, control rooms or emergency support services.

Its corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium housing and open access weatherproof design provide dependable protection against dust, moisture and harsh weather whilst allowing immediate access to communications without opening a protective door.

Dual Push-to-Call Operation

The PT104-2B provides simple operation using two vandal-resistant stainless-steel push buttons.

Users simply press the required button to automatically connect with one of two independently programmed destinations without manually dialling a number.

The dual-button design provides greater flexibility than single-button models, allowing access to multiple departments including - Security & Information, Control Room & Maintenance, Customer Assistance & Technical Support and Emergency Assistance & Site Management.

This makes the PT104-2B particularly suitable for transport facilities, industrial sites, customer assistance points and public help locations.

Flexible Connectivity Options

The PT104-2B is available with Analogue, SIP or GSM / 4G connectivity, allowing integration into virtually any communications infrastructure.

Analogue Version

The analogue version connects directly to standard analogue telephone lines and analogue PABX systems. Powered directly from the telephone line, it provides a straightforward communications solution for sites utilising traditional telephony infrastructure.

SIP Version

The SIP version supports SIP 2.0 (RFC3261) and integrates with SIP PBX systems, hosted VoIP platforms and enterprise IP networks. Features include dual SIP server registration, PoE support and web-based configuration for flexible deployment within modern communications environments.

GSM / 4G Version

The GSM / 4G version operates via cellular networks using a Micro SIM card, providing reliable communications where fixed telephone lines or network infrastructure may not be available. Remote programming via SMS and remote status reporting simplify deployment and management.
