The Project Telecom PT102-4B 4 Button Push-to-Call Outdoor Phone is a heavy-duty communications solution developed for reliable operation in industrial, outdoor and public-access environments. Combining four programmable push-to-call buttons with a weatherproof protective front door, IP66-rated weatherproof protection, vandal-resistant construction and a choice of Analogue, SIP or GSM / 4G connectivity, the PT102-4B provides dependable communications wherever conventional telephones are unsuitable.
Ideal for factories, warehouses, transport hubs, rail infrastructure, utility facilities, ports, marine installations, tunnels, construction sites, car parks and public assistance points, the PT102-4B enables users to contact one of four independently programmed destinations with a single button press. The four-button configuration offers enhanced flexibility by providing dedicated access to services such as security, customer support, maintenance teams, control rooms, technical departments or emergency assistance.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium, the telephone is protected by a weather-sealed front door that helps prevent the ingress of dust, moisture and adverse weather, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments. Available in Yellow, Blue, Red and Grey finishes, the PT102-4B can be specified to complement site safety requirements, visibility preferences and installation environments.
Purpose-built for demanding industrial and public-access applications, the PT102-4B features a robust die-cast aluminium enclosure finished with a durable industrial epoxy powder coating for long-lasting protection.
Its rugged design provides excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, dust, impacts and vandalism, while tamper-resistant mounting bars and fixings help improve installation security. This makes the PT102-4B particularly well suited to exposed locations where dependable communications are essential.
Designed for continuous operation, the telephone delivers reliable performance across manufacturing facilities, transport infrastructure, utility sites, marine environments, construction projects and other harsh operating conditions.
The PT102-4B is designed for simple and intuitive operation using four vandal-resistant stainless-steel push buttons. Each button can be individually programmed, allowing users to instantly connect to one of four designated contacts without manually dialling a telephone number.
Compared with single, dual or triple-button models, the four-button configuration provides even greater flexibility by offering direct access to multiple departments or support services from a single communications point. Typical destinations include Security, Customer Assistance, Maintenance, Control Rooms, Technical Support, Site Management, Operations Teams or Emergency Services.
This versatile functionality makes the PT102-4B an ideal communications solution for industrial facilities, transport networks, customer help points and public assistance locations where multiple contact options are required.
The PT102-4B is available with Analogue, SIP or GSM / 4G connectivity, allowing it to integrate into virtually any communications infrastructure.
The analogue version connects directly to standard analogue telephone lines and analogue PABX systems. Powered directly from the telephone line, it provides a straightforward communications solution for sites utilising traditional telephony infrastructure.
The SIP version supports SIP 2.0 (RFC3261) and integrates with SIP PBX systems, hosted VoIP platforms and enterprise IP networks. Features include dual SIP server registration, PoE support and web-based configuration for flexible deployment within modern communications environments.
The GSM / 4G version operates via cellular networks using a Micro SIM card, providing reliable communications where fixed telephone lines or network infrastructure may not be available. Remote programming via SMS and remote status reporting simplify deployment and management.
Designed for convenient handsfree operation, the PT102-4B delivers clear, full duplex two-way voice communication, allowing users to hold natural conversations without the need for a traditional handset.
Its handsfree design reduces potential wear and maintenance while providing dependable performance in industrial facilities, transport networks and public-access locations where reliable communications are essential.
The PT102-4B is housed within a rugged weatherproof enclosure fitted with a sealed protective front door, providing IP66-rated protection against dust, rain and moisture ingress. For installations requiring an even higher level of environmental protection, an IP67 version is available upon request.
Built for continuous outdoor operation, the enclosure safeguards internal components from harsh weather conditions, helping maintain reliable communications in exposed industrial, commercial and public environments throughout the year.
To improve accessibility, the PT102-4B can be supplied with an optional inductive coupler for users who require hearing aid compatibility. This optional enhancement allows the telephone to remain easy to operate while supporting a wider range of users.

For added reliability, the PT102-4B incorporates non-volatile memory that preserves programmed settings during power interruptions, reducing maintenance requirements and ensuring the telephone resumes normal operation without reprogramming.
