This three-button configuration provides greater flexibility, allowing separate contacts for functions such as security, customer assistance, maintenance teams, control rooms or emergency support services.

Its corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium housing and weather-sealed front door help protect internal components against dust, moisture and harsh weather conditions, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.

Triple Programmable Call Buttons

The PT102-3B provides straightforward operation through three vandal-resistant stainless-steel call buttons. Users simply press the required button to automatically connect to one of three pre-programmed destinations without requiring manual dialling.

The three-button design provides greater operational flexibility, allowing organisations to offer direct access to multiple departments or support services from a single communication point. Typical applications include Security, Customer Assistance and Maintenance, Control Room, Technical Support and Site Management, or Emergency Assistance, Information Services and Operations.

This functionality makes the telephone particularly suitable for transport facilities, public help points, industrial communications systems and customer assistance locations where multiple contact options may be required.

SIP Connectivity

The PT102-3B SIP version is designed for deployment across modern IP telephone networks and VoIP infrastructures. Supporting SIP 2.0 (RFC3261), the telephone integrates with SIP PBX systems, hosted telephony platforms and enterprise communications networks.

The telephone supports dual SIP server registration, allowing flexible call routing and network redundancy. Configuration and management can be performed remotely through a web-based interface, simplifying installation and administration.

Power can be supplied via Power over Ethernet (PoE) or an optional 12V DC power supply, enabling straightforward deployment across a wide range of network environments.

Handsfree Full Duplex Communication

Designed as a handsfree communication device, the PT102-3B provides high-quality full duplex voice communication, allowing natural conversations without interruption.

Advanced echo cancellation technology helps maintain clear audio performance in challenging environments, while support for multiple industry-standard codecs ensures compatibility across a wide range of VoIP platforms.

Accessibility & User Safety Features

For applications where hearing aid compatibility is required, an inductive coupler can be fitted on request. This optional feature helps improve accessibility for users with hearing impairment while maintaining the telephone's simple handsfree operation.
