This three-button configuration provides greater operational flexibility, allowing separate contacts for functions such as security, customer assistance, maintenance teams, control rooms or emergency support services.

Its corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium housing and weather-sealed front door help protect internal components against dust, moisture and harsh weather conditions, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.

Triple Push-to-Call Operation

The PT102-3B provides straightforward operation through three vandal-resistant stainless-steel call buttons. Users simply press the required button to automatically connect to one of three pre-programmed destinations without requiring manual dialling.

The three-button design offers greater operational flexibility by allowing organisations to provide access to multiple departments or support services from a single communication point. Typical applications include Security, Customer Assistance and Maintenance, Control Room, Technical Support and Site Management, or Emergency Assistance, Information Services and Operations.

This functionality makes the telephone particularly suitable for transport facilities, public help points, industrial communications systems and customer assistance locations where multiple contact options may be required.

The analogue version supports both push-to-call autodial and push-to-receive operation, allowing the telephone to both place and receive calls when connected to a compatible analogue telephone system.

Standard Analogue Connectivity

The PT102-3B analogue version connects directly to standard analogue telephone lines, including PSTN and analogue PABX systems. No network infrastructure, internet connectivity or specialist communications equipment is required.

Powered directly from the telephone line, the telephone offers straightforward installation and seamless integration into existing telephony environments. Remote programming can be completed via DTMF tones or the internal programming keypad.

Handsfree Two Way Communication

Designed as a handsfree communication device, the PT102-3B provides high-quality two way voice communication, allowing natural conversations without interruption.

The handsfree design removes the need for a handset, helping improve reliability while reducing maintenance requirements in busy industrial, transport and public-access environments.

IP66 Weatherproof Protection

Accessibility & User Safety Features

For applications where hearing aid compatibility is required, an inductive coupler can be fitted on request. This optional feature helps improve accessibility for users with hearing impairment while maintaining the telephone's simple handsfree operation.
