This is a Plantronics EHS Wireless Remote Answering Cable for Polycom VVX Series of Telephones. It will enable you to answer a phone call with your Plantronics Wireless Headset remotely.

An EHS (Electronic Hook Switch) cable directs the audio to the Headset which means that you can answer or end a call with your Headset when you are away from the phone i.e. in another room or away from your desk.
