Frequencies

The Motorola DP3441e is available in both UHF and VHF Frequencies.

The Frequency UHF (403-527 MHz), is generally better for indoor use, built-up areas, and environments with obstructions like buildings and concrete, as UHF waves can penetrate these materials more effectively.

The Frequency VHF (136-174 MHz), is generally better for outdoor use and open areas, as VHF waves travel further over clear lines of sight.
