Mitel 732d DECT Handset (Set)

The Mitel 732d DECT Handset (Set) is a rugged professional wireless communications solution designed for employees working across demanding industrial, operational and business environments.

As the rugged model within the Mitel 700d DECT Series, the 732d combines IP65 protection, 2-metre drop resistance, integrated alarm sensors, Bluetooth 5.0 and a 2.4-inch colour IPS display with professional DECT communications.

Please Note - The Mitel 732d is a DECT system handset and requires compatible Mitel DECT infrastructure to operate; it is not designed for standalone use.

Complete Mitel 732d DECT Set

Unlike the Handset Only Version, the Mitel 732d DECT Set is supplied as a complete Set with a desktop charging cradle and power supply, making it suitable for customers who don't already have compatible 700d Series charging equipment.

The supplied cradle provides a dedicated location for storing and charging the handset between uses, helping ensure the 732d is ready when required.

Rugged IP65 Protection

Designed for more demanding working environments, the Mitel 732d features an IP65-rated enclosure, providing protection against dust and water ingress.

Its robust construction is also designed to withstand drops of up to 2 metres onto concrete, making the handset particularly suitable for environments where a standard office handset may be more vulnerable to accidental damage.

Support for Lone & Mobile Workers

The 732d incorporates a range of integrated alarm sensors and personal safety functions designed to provide additional support for employees working alone or across demanding operational environments.

Supported functions include man-down, no-movement and escape alarms, while a dedicated emergency key provides rapid access to supported alarm functionality.

These features make the 732d particularly suited to industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, warehousing and other environments where employee safety is an important consideration.

Professional DECT Mobility

When connected to compatible Mitel DECT infrastructure, the 732d allows employees to remain contactable while moving throughout the workplace.

This provides greater freedom than a fixed desk telephone for users who regularly work across different areas of a building, site or facility.

Clear 2.4-Inch Colour Display

A 2.4-inch colour IPS display with 240 x 320 pixel resolution provides a clear interface for accessing calls, contacts, menus and supported handset functions.

The display incorporates a scratch-resistant lens, providing additional protection for regular use in demanding environments.

Bluetooth 5.0 & Headset Connectivity

Integrated Bluetooth 5.0 enables compatible wireless headsets and accessories to be connected to the handset, giving users greater freedom while working.

A 3.5mm headset connection is also available for compatible wired headsets, providing a choice of wired and wireless call handling.

Hands-Free Calling

The integrated hands-free speakerphone allows calls to be handled without continuously holding the handset.

Combined with Bluetooth and wired headset connectivity, the 732d provides flexible communication options for users who need to keep their hands available for other tasks.

USB-C Connectivity & microSD Support

The Mitel 732d provides USB-C connectivity for charging and supported device functions.

An optional Mitel microSD card can also be used to store supported handset login and device information, helping simplify the transfer of key information when moving to a replacement handset.

Please Note - The microSD card is optional and is not included with the Set.

Designed for Professional Environments

Alongside its rugged construction, the 732d uses antimicrobial-treated plastics incorporating BioCote technology, designed to inhibit the growth of certain microbes on treated surfaces.

Combined with its IP65 protection and robust housing, this makes the handset well suited to professional environments where durability and regular cleaning are important considerations.
