Mitel 5235 IP System Telephone is a full-feature, enterprise-class, web-enabled IP phone with a large backlit touch-screen that delivers access to web-based applications and services including HTML and XML browsing, directory management and visual voice mail.

The dual port Mitel 5235 IP Phone is targeted towards users who require real-time access to advanced voice and multimedia applications and services. It is ideal for executives and managers, and can be used as an ACD agent or supervisor, as well as a teleworker phone. The 5235 IP Phone supports a full lineup of IP peripherals such as Programmable Key Modules (PKMs), Conference Units and Line Interface Modules, for even greater access to IP applications right at the user’s desktop.

With its large 320 x 240 backlit display, the 5235 IP Phone provides a visual interface to voice mail, call history logs, personal contacts, corporate directory, web browsing, audio conferencing application, Internet applications, and more.

Using the Web Browser application on the 5235 IP Phone, users can quickly and easily access diverse information such as weather, stocks, quote of the day, or any web based information.

Conferencing is simple with the intuitive and easy to use audio controls for full duplex speakerphone that are accessible from the Conference Controller application right on the Applications touch screen of the 5235 IP Phone.

Call History provides users with a record of incoming and outgoing calls, including calls made, received and missed. The user can easily browse through the lists and call back or store recorded information. Even when they are away from the office and the caller did not leave a message, the user still knows who called them and can action the callback.

Visual Voice Mail allows users to browse the list of their messages, without having to listen to them in sequence. This gives users more control over their voice mails, enabling them to listen to them at their own convenience or delete unwanted voice mails without having to listen to them. Personal Contacts provides a single location for users to add, delete and edit personal contact names and numbers. Users can also dial directly from their contact list, without having to change “screens” or write down numbers and then dial them when they exit their personal directory.
