The JPL Replacement Ear Cushion fits easily onto the JPL Connect Headsets and on to the JPL-611PM / JPL-611PB Headsets.

Replacing the Ear Cushions on a Headset should be a regular thing, like changing the oil in your car, changing them on regular basis helps prolong the life of the Headset and keeps it hygienic, especially if the Headset is passed on to new employees.
