The JPL-Agent 50 Professional Ear Hook Headset with QD is a lightweight and discreet headset designed for users who prefer an alternative to a traditional over-the-head wearing style. Featuring a Surround Shield™ noise-cancelling microphone, soft gel ear cushions and a flexible ear-hook design, it provides comfortable and clear communications for offices, call centres, customer service teams and other professional environments.

Designed for left or right ear wearing, the JPL-Agent 50 combines a soft gel ear-hook sleeve, adjustable lobe hinge and a choice of small, medium and large soft gel ear cushions to provide a comfortable and secure personalised fit.

Lightweight & Comfortable Ear Hook Design

Designed with everyday comfort in mind, the JPL-Agent 50 provides a lightweight alternative to a conventional headband headset.

The soft gel ear-hook sleeve sits comfortably around the ear, while the adjustable lobe hinge helps provide a secure fit. Small, medium and large soft gel ear cushions are supplied, allowing users to select the most comfortable size for their ear.

Surround Shield™ Noise-Cancelling Microphone

The JPL-Agent 50 features a Surround Shield™ Electret condenser noise-cancelling microphone, helping reduce distracting background noise so your voice can be heard more clearly during calls.

This makes it particularly suitable for busy offices, customer service teams, call centres and other environments where surrounding conversations may interfere with calls.

Easy-Position Microphone Boom Arm

The easy-position microphone boom arm allows the microphone to be positioned comfortably towards the user's mouth, helping provide clear and consistent voice transmission throughout conversations.

Quick Disconnect (QD) Connectivity

The JPL-Agent 50 features a Quick Disconnect (QD) connection and requires a compatible Bottom Connection Lead to connect to your chosen device.

A range of Bottom Connection Leads are available separately, including RJ11, USB-A, USB-C, 3.5mm Jack and 2.5mm Jack, providing flexible connectivity with compatible telephones, PCs, laptops, smartphones and tablets.

The QD connection also allows users to quickly disconnect from the bottom lead without removing the headset, making it ideal for busy offices, call centres and customer service environments.

Please Note - The JPL-Agent 50 is a QD (Quick Disconnect) Headset - Compatible QD Bottom Cord Connection Leads are a separate purchase and are not included.
