Its standout feature is an intelligent three-screen design: a primary 4.3-inch high-resolution colour display flanked by two 2.4-inch side colour screens. This unique layout provides access to 60 programmable DSS keys across five pages, ensuring instantaneous call routing without the clutter of an external expansion module. The updated V2 hardware introduces Bluetooth 4.2 for stable wireless headset pairing, 6-way audio conferencing, and advanced 3CX SBC Router Phone support. With 20 SIP lines, dual Gigabit ports, and Harman speaker audio, the X6U V2 delivers a premium, highly efficient desktop experience.

Three-Screen Call Management Interface

The Fanvil X6U V2 completely reimagines how professionals handle high call volumes. Rather than forcing users to scroll through endless on-screen menus or attach bulky expansion modules, the phone features three distinct colour displays. The primary 4.3-inch screen handles active calls and core settings, while the two 2.4-inch side screens are dedicated entirely to DSS key mapping. This layout provides administrators with up to 60 programmable keys, allowing receptionists and executives to monitor line presence (BLF) and instantly transfer calls to specific departments with a single press.

V2 Upgrades and 3CX Compatibility

The updated V2 hardware brings significant processing improvements to the desktop. The internal Bluetooth module has been upgraded to version 4.2, offering much greater range and connection stability for modern wireless headsets. The conferencing capacity has also been doubled, allowing users to host 6-way audio conferences directly from the handset. Crucially for network administrators, the X6U V2 now supports the SBC (Session Border Controller) Router Phone feature when provisioned with a 3CX PBX, allowing the desk phone to securely proxy up to 10 other handsets in a remote office environment.

Premium Audio and Video

Executive hardware requires uncompromised audio quality. The Fanvil X6U V2 integrates wideband audio codecs, including Opus and G.722, paired with a premium Harman speaker to deliver rich, lifelike acoustic performance on both the handset and the full-duplex speakerphone. Furthermore, the device is capable of receiving 1080P video feeds via the H.264 codec. When integrated with Fanvil SIP video door phones, users can view a live feed of visitors on the main display and unlock the door directly from their desk.
