This layout provides up to 106 programmable DSS keys for BLF, speed dialling, and group broadcasting without requiring an external expansion module. The upgraded V2 hardware introduces faster boot times, expanded 6-way audio conferencing, and built-in Bluetooth 4.2 for reliable wireless headset pairing. With support for 20 SIP lines, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, and H.264 video codec integration for SIP door phones, the X210 V2 delivers a highly capable desktop endpoint for busy professionals.

The Fanvil X210 delivers high-definition audio through both the speakerphone and handset, providing clear and natural voice communication. With support for the Opus codec and enhanced audio quality, the X210 produces rich, powerful sound with improved low-frequency performance, making every conversation clearer and more comfortable.

Integrated Side Displays for Call Management

Managing high call volumes requires immediate access to internal extensions and external contacts. The Fanvil X210 V2 eliminates the need for bolt-on expansion modules by integrating two 3.5-inch side colour displays directly into the chassis. Combined with the 4.3-inch main screen, users have access to 106 programmable DSS keys. Administrators can configure these keys for Busy Lamp Field (BLF), speed dialling, and group broadcasting, allowing receptionists and executives to transfer calls efficiently.

V2 Hardware Enhancements

This updated V2 model brings noticeable performance improvements to the desktop. Start-up speeds have been significantly reduced, ensuring the device is operational much faster after network reboots. The internal Bluetooth module has been upgraded to version 4.2, offering improved range and connection stability for wireless headsets. Furthermore, the conferencing capacity has doubled, allowing users to host 6-way audio conferences directly from the handset to collaborate with multiple teams at once.

Video Intercom and Network Flexibility

The X210 V2 natively supports the H.264 video codec. When connected to a compatible Fanvil SIP video door phone or IP camera, users can view a live video feed of visitors on the main display and unlock doors directly from the keypad. For network deployment, the phone includes dual Gigabit Ethernet ports for PC passthrough and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) to minimise cable clutter. If a hardwired Ethernet connection is unavailable, the device can be connected wirelessly using an optional Wi-Fi USB dongle.
