The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise ALE-400 IP DeskPhone is a premium professional business telephone designed to provide intuitive call handling, high-quality audio and flexible connectivity for modern workplaces. Part of the ALE Enterprise DeskPhones range, the ALE-400 combines a large 4.3-inch colour touchscreen, 3D Symphonic HD audio, dual Gigabit Ethernet, dual USB-C and NFC connectivity in a modern and expandable desktop design.

Supplied with a corded handset, the ALE-400 is designed for use with compatible Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise communication platforms. Its modular design allows optional accessories including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, an alphabetic keyboard and key expansion modules to be added according to individual user and workplace requirements.

4.3-Inch Colour Touchscreen

The ALE-400 features a large 4.3-inch colour LCD touchscreen with 480 x 272 pixel resolution, providing an intuitive interface for viewing call information, accessing menus and managing everyday telephone functions.

The phone provides 2 x 5 contextual touch keys together with three programmable function keys, giving users convenient access to frequently used communication functions.

3D Symphonic HD Audio

Designed to deliver an enhanced business calling experience, the ALE-400 features 3D Symphonic HD audio with super-wideband sound.

Three integrated microphones help capture speech clearly during hands-free conversations, while acoustic echo cancellation helps maintain natural two-way communication.

The ALE-400 supports high-quality audio through its handset, hands-free speakerphone and compatible headset options, making it suitable for users who spend significant amounts of time communicating throughout the working day.

Full-Duplex Hands-Free Calling

An integrated full-duplex hands-free speakerphone allows users to handle conversations without lifting the handset.

Combined with its three-microphone audio system and super-wideband sound, the ALE-400 provides a practical solution for individual hands-free calls and collaborative workplace conversations.

Dual Gigabit Ethernet Connectivity

The ALE-400 features dual Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Mbps interfaces, providing high-speed wired network connectivity for the telephone and a compatible computer.

The integrated PC connection allows the ALE-400 and a computer to share the same network connection, helping simplify desktop installations while maintaining Gigabit network performance.

Flexible Wired & Wireless Connectivity

The ALE-400 provides dual Gigabit Ethernet, two USB-C ports and NFC connectivity, offering a range of connection options for modern workplaces.

For users requiring wireless connectivity, the phone can be upgraded with the optional ALE-108 Wireless Module, adding dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0.

This allows businesses to add wireless functionality where required while retaining reliable wired connectivity as standard.

Expandable for Different Working Requirements

The optional ALE-100 Alphabetic Keyboard provides convenient text entry, while the ALE-120 Key Expansion Module provides additional programmable keys for users who require quick access to a larger number of telephone functions.

Compatible customisation kits and wall mounting accessories provide further options for adapting the telephone to different working environments.

Power over Ethernet

The ALE-400 supports IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE Class 2), allowing compatible network infrastructure to provide both power and network connectivity through the Ethernet connection.

This can help simplify desk installations by reducing the requirement for a separate mains power connection. Where PoE is unavailable, a compatible optional USB-C 5V/3A power supply can be used.

Designed for ALE Business Communication Systems

The ALE-400 is designed for use with compatible Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise communication platforms, providing access to ALE business telephony features and services.
