Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise ALE-300 IP Desk Phone

The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise ALE-300 IP Desk Phone is a professional business telephone designed to deliver high-quality audio, intuitive call handling and flexible connectivity for modern workplaces. Part of the ALE Enterprise DeskPhones range, the ALE-300 combines a 3.5-inch colour display, super-wideband audio, dual Gigabit Ethernet, dual USB-C and NFC connectivity in a modern, expandable desktop design.

Designed for use with compatible Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise communication platforms, the ALE-300 supports professional IP communications while providing access to ALE business telephony features. Its modular design also allows compatible accessories, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, an alphabetic keyboard and key expansion modules, to be added according to individual workplace requirements.

Clear 3.5-Inch Colour Display

The ALE-300 features a 3.5-inch colour display with 320 x 240 pixel resolution, providing a clear interface for viewing caller information, telephone menus and everyday communication functions.

2 x 5 contextual programmable keys with blue LEDs provide convenient access to frequently used functions, while three programmable function keys and intuitive navigation controls help make everyday call handling straightforward.

Super-Wideband Business Audio

Designed to provide clear and natural business conversations, the ALE-300 supports super-wideband audio across the handset, compatible headset and hands-free speakerphone.

An integrated full-duplex speakerphone provides convenient hands-free calling, while acoustic echo cancellation helps maintain clear two-way conversations.

The ALE-300 is also Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC), helping provide a more accessible calling experience for compatible hearing aid users.

Dual Gigabit Ethernet Connectivity

The ALE-300 features dual Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Mbps interfaces for LAN and PC connectivity.

This allows the ALE-300 and a compatible computer to share the same network connection, helping simplify desktop installations while providing high-speed wired network connectivity.

Support for Energy Efficient Ethernet also helps reduce unnecessary energy consumption during operation.

Flexible Wired & Wireless Connectivity

The ALE-300 provides dual Gigabit Ethernet, two USB-C ports and NFC connectivity, offering flexible connection options for modern business environments.

For workplaces requiring wireless connectivity, the ALE-300 can be upgraded with the optional ALE-108 Wireless Module, adding dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 functionality.

This modular approach allows businesses to add wireless connectivity where required without making it necessary for every telephone deployment.

Please Note: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not included as standard with the 3ML27310AA and require the optional ALE-108 Wireless Module, available separately.

Expandable for Changing Workplace Requirements

The ALE-300 can be expanded using compatible accessories to suit different users and workplace requirements.

The optional ALE-100 Alphabetic Keyboard provides convenient text entry, while compatible ALE-120 Key Expansion Modules can provide additional programmable telephone functions for users who handle larger volumes of calls.

Up to three compatible ALE-120 expansion modules can be supported, subject to system and power requirements.

Power over Ethernet

Support for IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE Class 1) allows the ALE-300 to receive network connectivity and power through compatible PoE infrastructure.

This can simplify desk installations by reducing the requirement for a separate mains power connection. Where PoE is unavailable, an optional compatible USB-C 5V/3A power supply can be used.

Designed for ALE Business Communication Systems

The ALE-300 has been developed for use with compatible Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise communication platforms, including supported OmniPCX Enterprise and OXO environments.

The telephone supports NOE-IP and SIP communications, subject to the connected ALE platform and system configuration, providing a flexible professional communications solution for a variety of business environments.
