What condition do the headsets need to be in?

We typically look for fully functional, good-condition hardware complete with necessary cables or base stations. While foam or leatherette ear cushions are often replaced during refurbishment, the core headset speakers, microphones, and connectivity components must be operational. We do not accept heavily damaged, snapped, or completely non-working units.

Note on Hygiene: For sanitary reasons, we recommend removing disposable foam ear cushions prior to shipping, though our professional refurbishment process includes thorough sanitisation and hygiene testing before any equipment is resold.
