Do I need a card reader to transfer files to a computer?

If your PC or laptop has a standard SD card slot, you can use the included SD adapter. If your computer only has USB ports, a compact USB card reader will let you offload files directly.

Some devices, cameras, body word cameras, call recording equipment can be connected directly to your PC to offload the files, but this is not often convenient so a Card Reader is usually the more convenient and in the case of larger files often the faster solution.
