Like all Gigaset Cordless Phones, it variably reduces the transmitting power from the Handset to the Base Station depending on their distance apart. You can also decrease the transmitting power of the Gigaset AS405A’s Base Station by 80% – simply select ECO Mode. What’s more, radiation free ECO Mode Plus switches off the transmitting power whenever your phone is in idle mode.

C565 DECT Cordless Headset

The stylish C565 DECT Cordless Headset adds hands free wireless freedom by pairing with DECT™ Phones for use at home, or at work - ideal for long conference calls or simply talking on the phone whilst multi-tasking, etc. The C565 boasts a range of up to 120 metres providing reliable coverage around the home, office or business.

The C565 provides up to 7 hours of talk time and weighs in at only 22g making it ideal for all day use, its Noise Cancelling Microphone eliminates background noise and when paired with DECT Technology provides Digital Sound Quality on every call.

Pairing with a DECT Phone

Simply put the Phones Base into pairing mode (usually press and hold a dedicated pair button or other multi-function button such as page), then put the Headset into pairing mode and they will automatically find each other and pair. This Headset works with most GAP compatible DECT Base Stations.
