About the Barco ClickShare Button

With the ClickShare Button you can start your wireless video meeting or share content on the meeting room display. Plug the USB-C device into your Laptop and within seconds, you are automatically connected to the meeting room display, camera, microphones, soundbars and any other AV peripheral. No cables, no mess.

Plug in and Go

The ClickShare Button is guest friendly, meaning that anyone can use the button, both employees and guests. The LED light turns red when you are sharing content with the button. A long press on the button enables you to tale over the whole screen. No installation or training is needed.

The smaller additional Quick Button located under the ClickShare Button, opens the ClickShare App, giving you instant access to additional controls in the ClickShare App. You benefit from the Smart Meeting Flows, features that guide you through the meeting giving you full control in every step.

Button or App?

Alternatively you can wirelessly conference and share content with the ClickShare App, this has additional functions for workflow integration , pause, window selection, extended desktop and moderation.
