Its corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium housing and open access weatherproof design provide reliable protection against dust, moisture and harsh weather conditions whilst allowing immediate access to communications without opening a protective door.

Supporting standard SIP 2.0 protocols, Power over Ethernet (PoE), full duplex audio and web-based configuration, the PT104-4B integrates seamlessly with modern VoIP telephone systems whilst delivering exceptional reliability in demanding environments.

Four Button Push-to-Call Operation

The PT104-4B provides straightforward operation through four vandal-resistant stainless-steel call buttons. Users simply press the required button to automatically connect to one of four independently programmed SIP destinations without requiring manual dialling.

The four-button design offers greater operational flexibility than single, dual and triple-button models, allowing organisations to provide direct access to multiple departments or support services from a single communication point.

SIP Connectivity

The PT104-4B SIP version connects directly to modern VoIP telephone systems using standard Ethernet connectivity and supports both on-premise IP PBX platforms and hosted cloud-based SIP services.

Supporting SIP 2.0 (RFC3261), the telephone provides reliable integration with most enterprise VoIP infrastructures and supports registration with two independent SIP servers for increased flexibility and resilience.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) enables both power and network connectivity through a single Ethernet cable, simplifying installation whilst reducing infrastructure costs. Where PoE is unavailable, the telephone can also be powered via an external 12V DC power supply.

Configuration is completed through an intuitive web browser interface, allowing straightforward deployment, remote management and system maintenance.

Handsfree Full Duplex Communication

Designed as a handsfree communication device, the PT104-4B provides high-quality full duplex voice communication, allowing natural conversations without interruption.

Advanced echo cancellation technology (G.168 compliant) helps maintain clear speech quality even in challenging acoustic environments.

Accessibility & User Safety Features

For applications where hearing aid compatibility is required, an inductive coupler can be fitted on request. This optional feature helps improve accessibility for users with hearing impairment whilst maintaining the telephone's simple handsfree operation.
