Intelligent Recording SD-400 Analog Recorder

The SD-400 from Intelligent Recording provides a compact, stand-alone Call Recording solution for those wanting full-time recording on up to 4 Lines without the need for a host PC. It’s the perfect solution for a single location business or for multi-location businesses wanting to record branch locations, yet store and manage calls centrally when used with the optional SD-400 Sync Software.

In Stand-Alone Mode the SD-400 Call Recorder is connected to up to 4 Analog lines and records and stores all calls on the built-in SD card. The device comes standard with an 8 Gb SD card allowing up to 1,280 hours of storage. The calls can be reviewed and played on the SD-400 Recorder or transferred from the SD Card to a PC for long term storage and playback using the included XTR Desktop Software.

In single-site Networked Mode the SD-400 will record up to 4 Analog lines and record and store the calls on the built-in SD Card. When connected to the customer network via the builtin RJ45 Ethernet port, calls can be reviewed, played and transferred to a PC with the included SD-400 Lync Software.

Setup and programming is simple using the easy to follow touch-screen display programming interface.

The SD-400 Call Recorder was designed to meet the needs and requirements of most users. It can be set to record analog lines or any audio signal such as radio channels if desired.

The SD-400 comes with Management Player software that allows you to transfer calls from the device to a computer (if connected in network mode) and play the calls.

Network Log Management Interface

The Network Log Manager allows you to interface via Local Area Network and review the calls stored on the SD-400. Calls can be played directly from the Network Log Manager or transferred to your PC for storage and review with the included player software.

Player Software

The Player Software allows you to sort and search the call records based on Date, Time, Duration, Digits Dialed, Caller ID or Comments. You can email or export the files in our proprietary .xtr format or in .wav format. Comments added to the file become a part of the call record and can be used for searches.
