Cisco SPA500DS Expansion Module

A Digital Version of the Cisco SPA500S Expansion Module - For Use With Cisco SPA500 Series of IP Telephones

The Cisco SPA500DS® is a 15 Key Expansion Module that is part of the Cisco Small Business Series and is designed for use with the Cisco SPA500 Series of IP Telephones. Ideal for small businesses who want to simplify incoming call handling by directing calls to the requested party or extension quickly, and who also want to monitor line status from a central location.

The Expansion Module easy attaches to an SPA500 Series IP Phone, providing up to 30 programmable call pickup or speed dial buttons via two page keys, each illuminating the lines status (Idle, Ringing, Busy or Null) via the (BLF). Incoming calls can be immediately transferred to the correct extension by pressing the button assigned to the extension.

Up to two of the SPA500DS Expansion Modules can be deployed, providing an extra 30 buttons (60 functions), offering an affordable solution that expands with the growth of your voice network. Installation and set up takes a matter of minutes by connecting the supplied bracket and cable to the Expansion Module, which uses the phones power supply, no additional power supply is required.
