This Module provides External Music on Hold Capability on your BT Versatility Telephone System. If you prefer a more Professional Music on Hold experience for your customers you need this module!
The BT Versatility Music on Hold Module is connected via an extension port (on main ccu or via ports module).
Basic Programming is required to setup this module where you will need to select the extension to connect to via system programming.
Please Note : An External Music on Hold Unit is required to play music, such as the Fortune MOH 1200.
