About the Yealink W59R

The Yealink W59R certified to rigorous IP67 standard is a professional Ruggedised DECT Handset with integrated Bluetooth and vibration alarm, ideal for environments that may be dusty, humid and harsh. As well as the advantages of wireless communication and the rich features of Voice-over-IP, the Handset is fully compatible with the Yealink W80 Multi-Cell Base Station for seamless roaming and handover of calls. This Handset provides users with the convenience and good experience of mobile communication in and between each zone and keeps stable in complicated and harsh locations. A rugged and durable Handset, the W59R has also been designed with Yealink Optimal HD Audio quality that combines multiple leading technologies together, including FNR (Flexible Noise Reduction), LC3 (Low Complexity Communication Codec) plus Full Duplex and Opus. This means that users can get a high quality and stable audio experience even if the environment is noisy or has wireless interference. The complete alarm functions and integrated G-Sensor boost the occupational safety for users who work in hazardous locations.

Shock, Dust and Water Resistant

The Yealink W59R has a certified Ingress Protection rating of 67 (IP67) that can be relied on in complicated and tough working environments. Not only does it resist dust, splash and water, its tough rubberised surface protects the Handset from dropping, slipping and scratching. The W59R can secure itself from a fall of up to 2.5 metres, and can withstand being immersed in water up to one metre for up to 30 minutes, as well as the dust ingress.

Freely Mobile Communication

Fully compatible with the Yealink W80 Multi-Cell Base Station, the W59R lets the users have seamless roaming and handover of calls, free your hands with Bluetooth Headsets and Belt Clip when its inconvenient to hold the Handset, for example in the Warehouse or Factory. The Vibration Alarm prevents users from missing important calls when in noisy locations.

Alarm Function

A series of Alarm functions including Push Button Alarm, no Movement Alarm, Man Down Alarm and Running Alarm aim to minimize safety risks. The administrator can configure different types of alarms for different members and the emergency calls will be sent automatically once an emergency occurs.

DECT Technology

Yealink DECT Technology is based on CAT-1q2.0, which focuses on high quality Audio VoIP (Wideband) as well as low bit rate data applications, however third party DECT devices such as Base Stations and Handsets are not compatible.
