This bundle includes installation* and programming from an authorised Panasonic engineer anywhere within the UK mainland.
We have included the Panasonic KX-DT543 Digital 24 Key 3 Line Handset for each user as it gives you the benefit of BLF (Busy Light Fields) – This is so that you can see from the lights on the telephone if your colleague is already on a call. This makes call handling a lot smoother and professional. With 24 Programmable keys on each handset this leaves you room for expansion.
The KX-DT543 also includes an in-built EHS Function that works with all the Major brands of Wireless Headsets, making taking a call on a wireless headset simple.

Built-in Auto Attendant
As a standard feature, the KX-NS700 can connect customers to the appropriate section or operator according to their query in call routing with voice guidance. It can also prompt the customers to leave a voice message when the operator is away.
Use Existing Resources
Existing analogue PTs and digital PTs from Panasonic can continue to be used, enabling a system to be replaced at a low cost without wasting resources.
*Installation covers an engineer’s work for 1 full working day up to 6 hours, if the work required exceeds this timeframe then there may be an additional cost. It is advisable to contact us with additional information if you believe that the work may exceed the time frame included as we can ask the engineer to make an assessment or in some cases they may perform a site survey. Standard installation will be during the following time frame, Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm and does not include bank holidays or weekends. If you require an installation during this time this may be able to be arranged for an additional cost depending on your local engineer’s availability.

We always ways try our hardest to get an engineer to install your system as quickly as possible but sometimes during busy periods appointments can take between 5-10 working days.
We will always try our best to book an engineer at the most convenient time possible for you however we cannot guarantee a date until payment has been received and the engineer has confirmed they can attend. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment and re-arrange due to factors beyond our control and if we cannot confirm access to the site with the point of contact.
Equipment – The equipment that is detailed on your order will need to be delivered BEFORE the engineer can install your telephone system. The engineer will not bring the equipment detailed on the order to site. It is important that you check all items that are received match the invoice and order confirmation you are sent. If you are in any doubt it important that you contact us immediately. PMC Telecom does not accept responsibility if missing items have not been reported up to 48 hours before an installation as this will not give us adequate time to get the required items to site. If an engineer attends site and items are missing that mean they cannot complete the installation an additional appointment will be required at an additional cost.
Cancellation. If you cancel your booked installation less than 24 hours before installation we reserve the right to charge an additional cost of £150 ex vat to re-arrange a new appointment. It is important that you confirm that all equipment has been delivered to site before committing to an installation date.
