The JPL Element-BT500 is a Wireless Bluetooth Headset for use with Mobile Phones as well as in the office.

The BT500 is an ideal solution for users who spend long hours on the phone, and for when Mobile Phones replace the ordinary phones in the office, as well as being a truly comfortable Headset, it also has excellent sound quality and is built for all day use ensuring a comfortable fit throughout the day.

The JPL Element-BT500 has a range of optional accessories such as a Bluetooth USB Dongle for use with the PC, the dongle allows users to connect their Headset to a computer and use it as an audio device for VoIP applications such as Skype for Business, as well as for streaming audio, the Bluetooth USB Dongle is included with the bundle but can be bought separately. The BT500 Optional Charging Base is another accessory for the BT500 Headset, this connects to your PC Via Type USB-A to Micro USB Cable. Monaural and Binaural Headbands are also available to order as an optional accessory.

The JPL BT-220 Dongle is an accessory that can be used with the JPL Element-BT500 Wireless Bluetooth Headset

The JPL BT-220 is a small button Bluetooth Dongle that integrates with the JPL Element-X500 DECT Headset and the JPL Element-BT500 Bluetooth Headset.

The BT-220 connects the Headset to the PC.

The Dongle is ready to use and easy to pair with the Headset (Headset not Included).

Softphone interoperability through USB/computer with 3CX, Avaya One-X Agent, Broadsoft UC-one, Cisco Jabber, Counter Path, or Skype for Business with assistance from the JPL Gateway

JPL Gateway software must be installed and running for remote call control functions to work with supported softphones.
