Doro RP2001 GAP Repeater

The DECT Repeater can be deployed anywhere there is a need to extend the range of a standard DECT phone. The DECT Repeater can also be implemented to establish a better or increased coverage in areas where coverage is limited or shielded from the base station.It features the new unique automatic registration method. This registration method allows the repeater to automatically assign itself to any given DECT GAP base station. For the end-user, this means that the relatively long and sometimes complicated registration procedure is now obsolete. The user simply places the repeater in close proximity to the base station, opens the base station for registration and turns on the repeater. If more repeaters have to be assigned to the same base station, the procedure just has to be repeated. A total of 6 repeaters can be assigned to each DECT GAP base station. The number of assigned repeaters has no influence on the number of handsets that can be registered to the base station.
