This special phone provides convenient contact anywhere within the GSM mobile network, eliminating the delay and expense involved in a landline connection. Simply insert a standard SIM card and the phone is ready for use by your customers.
The phone has no keypad, and customers just pick up the handset to call you. The absence of a keypad allows you to place a large label on the phone promoting your business and giving instructions on how to call.
Using Burnside's unique MoniText® technology, the phone can be monitored and configured remotely, without the need for site visits. The number called can be changed quickly from a mobile phone or computer. If the phone loses power or the handset is left off-hook, you can receive a MoniText® alert.
Burnside P300 No-Button Phones are designed, tested, manufactured and supported in the UK and work with all UK GSM networks.
Features
The P300 No-Button Phone's aerial can receive a good GSM signal in almost any location within network coverage. Depending on the phone's location though, it may be necessary to position the aerial away from the phone to obtain a stronger signal and also to prevent deliberate damage. That's why we provide two aerials in the kit.
Unlike landline connected phones, the No-Button Phone can be tested remotely by MoniText® without taking it out of service or being on-site. The unit can test a number of basic functions itself, either on command or regularly to a schedule, and report the status to you by MoniText®. These tests include environmental temperature and the state of the battery and power supply. If power is accidentally or deliberately cut off, the phone will continue to operate on its internal battery for several days, but will also send you a MoniText® message to alert you immediately.
Burnside's unique MoniText® technology allows you to maintain the phone remotely and retrieve status information at any time, from your computer or mobile phone. Ideal for making quick changes, for example, to the programmed auto-dial number or audio settings.
MoniCare® is Burnside's Web-based software that can be accessed from your computer or smartphone. The configuration, status and call logs of the phone can be saved in the MoniCare® database for reference and analysis.
With MoniCare®, you receive alerts automatically if there is a problem, and you can quickly inspect and change the phone's configuration, including the phone number stored for automatic calling. MoniCare® provides a range of reports on environmental profile and call history over time, and allows for third-party call charging based on phone usage.
