The Call Tracker Call Recorder can be used at a single location or it can be used in a Multi-Site application.
The Call Tracker offers the unique flexibility of Call Recording by operating in a Stand-Alone mode without being connected to a PC or network, or can be used in a networked environment allowing distributed review of the calls over the customer network.
The Call Tracker is available in either 4 or 8 line configurations and can be optionally equipped with an LCD panel for programming and an on board hard drive. The unit ships with an with an 8 GB SD card that allows up to 560 hours of storage on the device.
In Stand-Alone Mode the Call Tracker Call Recorder is connected to analog phone lines and records and stores all calls on the built-in SD card. The device comes standard with an 8 Gb SD card allowing up to 560 hours of storage. The calls can be reviewed and played on the Call Tracker Recorder or calls can be transferred from the SD card to a PC and reviewed on the PC using the player software that is included.
In Networked Mode the Call Tracker Call Recorder is connect to analog phones lines and stores the calls on the built-in SD card. The device comes standard with an 8 Gb SD card allowing up to 560 hours of storage. When connected to the customer network calls can be reviewed, played and transferred to a PC with the included Call Tracker Management Software.
The Call Tracker Call Recorder was designed to meet the needs and requirements of most users. The Phone Call Recording Device can be set to record analog lines or any audio signal such as radio channels if desired.
Management & Player Software
The Call Tracker comes with Management Player software that allows you to transfer calls from the device to a computer (if connected in network mode) and play the calls.
Network Log Management Interface
The Call Tracker Manager Software allows you to interface via Local Area Network and review the calls stored on the Call Tracker. Calls can be played directly from the Network Log Manager or transferred to your PC for storage and review. The Manager software also allows you to fully program and control the Call Tracker device.
The Player Software allows you to sort and search the call records based on Date, Time, Duration, Digits Dialed, Caller ID or Comments. You can email or export the files in our proprietary .xtr format or in .wav format. Comments added to the file become a part of the call record and can be used for searches.
