Retell 540 Business Answering Machine

The Retell 540 is a high quality German manufactured, digital answering system with 60 minute recording capacity. It works in any BT style socket with existing telephone, has easy plug and play set up and thanks to flash memory, there is no need for data or battery back up.

Connections

• The audio output cannot drive a pair of headphones directly, but can through an external amplifier or tape recorder. The internal speaker is not disabled when the audio output socket is in use.

Detailed Out Going Message (OGM) info

• 10 outgoing messages (1 pre-recorded OGM, 5 individual OGMs, 4 mailbox) with no maximum length (upto the capacity of the machine
• Use the 4 mailboxes to give information e.g. "press 1 for opening times, press 2 for special offers etc."
• To reach a mail box, the initial message would say "For John press 1, for Jane press 2 etc." Then the caller would hear John's own personalised OGM
