The Polycom SoundPoint IP 321 is a two line Enterprise grade SIP phone that offers superb sound and a wide range of business telephony features.

SIP Enabled

Both the Polycom SoundPoint IP 321 phone is certified to interoperate with a broad range of SIP based IP PABX’s and softswitch platforms and both phones offer Power over Ethernet (PoE) support.

Single Ethernet Switch Option

The Polycom SoundPoint IP 321 has a single 10/100 Ethernet port and is therefore more suited for use in common areas like hallways, lobbies and break rooms.The Polycom IP 321 VoIP phone can be desk mounted or wall mounted to suit your needs.

Enterprise Grade Features

With Enterprise grade features, the phones has a user friendly interface with a number of commonly used traditional telephony features such as call hold, pick-up, three way local conferencing and call transfer and a number of more advanced features and functions such as distinctive call treatment, shared call/bridged line appearance and both boast a XML micro-browser for web applications and a large graphical LCD.
 
A headset can be attached to the phone via a dedicated 2.5mm headset port.

Full Duplex Speakerphone

With a fully duplex speakerphone that features Clarity by Polycom acoustic technology you are ensured a crystal clear and natural sounding conversation, that flows freely both ways with no clipped speech. The Polycom SoundPoint IP 321 also benefits from a number of other sound enhancing technologies such as acoustic echo cancellation and background noise suppression which work to make conversations echo and noise free.

PSU not Supplied

The Polycom SoundPoint IP 321 phone is not supplied with a PSU but requires a PSU in order to work correctly. It is highly recommended to also purchase the accompanying Polycom IP 321 power supply unit (PSU).
