The ClearOne CHAT 170 has three sensitive microphones that provide a 360-degree voice pick up and a large powerful loudspeaker to effortlessly pick up the voices of meeting participants sat furthest from the CHAT 170 loud and clear. When in use, the ClearOne CHAT 170 replaces the speakers and microphones on your PC. Incoming calls also ring via the CHAT 170.

Advanced Audio Processing Technologies

Packed full of advanced technologies, the ClearOne CHAT 170 boasts a variety of audio enhancing features, such as advanced audio signal processing, Distributed Echo Cancellation which actively searches for and cancels any acoustic echo, noise cancellation to filter away unwanted background noises and automatic level control which works to adjust the speaker and microphone levels accordingly.

There is also a feature called first microphone priority which automatically changes the microphone levels dependant on who is doing the talking to ensure the call clarity is always crystal clear and intelligible.

Plug and Play USB Connection

The ClearOne CHAT 170 is really easy to use and operate. It is a plug and play device which simply connects directly into the USB port of your PC or computer. You do not need to install any drivers or download any software. A series of intuitive buttons on the CHAT 170 let you access commonly used features like volume control and mute.
 
The ClearOne CHAT 70 can be used on laptops and PC’s that use Windows Vista and Windows XP.
