The new Gigaset HC450 intercom offers real benefits to residents of single-family and duplex homes, as it allows them to speak to visitors using their cordless phone from anywhere within the house.

Running to answer the front door is now a thing of the past, by simply pressing a button on a Gigaset cordless phone the door can be opened. With call forwarding all these functions can also be used remotely from a mobile phone, for example to let the cleaning lady in or to ask the postman to leave a package with a neighbor.

The DECT wireless standard ensures a secure and stable connection to the intercom in the same way as it does to all cordless phones in the home.

• Special, configurable ring tone and display message indicate bell button has been pressed
