Messages and recordings

• Up to 120 minutes recording capacity
• Recording quality adjustment (High quality gives you one hour capacity, average quality gives you 2 hours capacity)
• 14 individual voice messages without time limit (max. total capacity)
• All messages are time and date stamped. Will also display CLI of caller if presented and you subscribe to this service.
• Incoming message recording time can be 1-5 minutes or unlimited (up to capacity of unit)

Mailbox and information systems

• To reach a mail box, the initial message would say "For John press 1, for Jane press 2 etc." Then the caller would hear John's own personalised OGM
• Up to 15 different OGMs (14 user adjustable, 1 pre-set) with no time limit (upto the maximum capacity of the unit)
• 10 switching times to switch on or off or to change the outgoing message. Very flexible as each time can be on any combination of days, so that one switching time could switch on the machine with OGM 2 at 5 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5pm, and another switching time could switch on the machine with OGM 4 at 6 pm on Tuesdays and Saturdays
