These are the perfect office based telephone. I've been rolling these out in a TV Production company office where staff spend most of the day on the phone and they do take some serious abuse. A 10 year warranty also gives you piece of mind. The phone has good control of ringer and handset volumes, supports multiple types of Caller ID system and comes with a RJ45 and standard telephone cord. A reasonable price for a very reasonable product.
