The Panasonic KX-TG7180 features a bone conduction earpiece that uses vibrations and allows users with conductive or mixed hearing loss to hear phone conversations much more easily. The user simply needs to press the handset against a bone near the ear and he/she will then feel the vibrations within the inner ear.

The phone also features a 20 minute answering machine, large buttons, a clear, monochrome display and a talking number display*.
